In Short: We collect Personal Information that you provide to us through the Service or otherwise.

We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Information Automatically Collected

Device and Usage Data. In order to enhance our ability to provide services to you and update our records, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, social media platforms, and from other third parties. This information includes mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behavior data), Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, and vehicle history information. If you interact with us on a social media platform using your social media account (e.g., Facebook or Twitter), we receive Personal Information about you such as your name, email address, and gender. Any Personal Information that we collect from your social media account depends on your social media account's privacy settings.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We only process your Personal Information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services to enter into or fulfill our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your Personal Information. As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process your Personal Information:

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Other Users. When you share Personal Information (for example, by posting comments, contributions, or other content to the Services) or otherwise interact with public areas of the Services, such Personal Information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly made available outside the Services in perpetuity. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. 8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

10. PRIVACY RIGHTS

We want to ensure that you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Users covered under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), the European General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), or the United Kingdom GDPR are entitled to the following:

The right to request deletion of the data. You can ask for the deletion of your Personal Information. If you ask us to delete your Personal Information, we will respect your request and delete your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, or our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation.

In accordance with applicable law, we are not obligated to provide or delete consumer information that is de-identified in response to a consumer request or to re-identify individual data to verify a consumer request.

The right to be informed. Depending on the circumstances, you have a right to know:

whether we collect and use your Personal Information;
the categories of Personal Information that we collect;
the purposes for which the collected Personal Information is used;
whether we sell or share your Personal Information to third parties;
the categories of Personal Information that we sold, shared, or disclosed for a business purpose;

The right to correct. You have the right to request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant. You also have the right to request Reserv to complete information you believe is incomplete.

The right to limit/restrict processing. You have the right to request to limit or restrict the use and disclosure of sensitive Personal Information.

The right to object to processing. You have the right to object to Reserv's processing of your Personal Information, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability. You have the right to request that Reserv transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

(California residents only) The right to designate an authorized representative. You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.

The Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer's Privacy Rights. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.

Residents in other jurisdictions may also have similar rights to the above. Please contact us if you would like to exercise one of these rights, and we will comply with any request to the extent required under applicable law.

Verification Process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

We will only use Personal Information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.

How do I exercise my rights? The easiest way to exercise your rights is by contacting us at privacy@reserv.com. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY?

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
